Too much work pressure. Sometimes goes off the limit of a person. Eveytime there are deadlines to meet. Unrealistic expectations from teachers. Following different systems and expecting teachers to follow all of them.

No work like balance. Apart from teaching do all the admin and entry work also. Children are given more priority than teachers even if they are at fault. No management support. If you don't want your personal life join this school.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
