You can join organisation as a fresher. There is lot of thing about manufacturing industry you can learn.

When a contractual employee join the organisation they said you have to work few yea in contaract roll after you get experience you will hired for on-roll job. They are doing fake promises still few employees working there for 8-10 year. And still they are hoping on day they will get on-roll job.
