The company holds a grudge against you if you say anything against it or say you don’t like something. Stressful work environment and they ask you to work for 14 hours for 6 days a week but in your contract it says 5 days and 9 hours everyday. Managers words are final. You don’t get to say anything. They paid really well in comparison to market. Job security was good for me as I was part of very small team. Skill development was also good. Culture was good within my team, manager was excellent as person as well as on Technical understanding. Amol and Hari both are really good!!

1. Gkn holds very less project. 2. Job security is not at all there. They just ask you to leave in a month notice. 3. 30% people were layed off recently. 4. It's like a freelancing to work in GKN. They hold you with good package and work from home till project goes to sop. After that they will lay you off. 5. They don't even give you a proper notice.
