Politics specially in Corporate Service dept. This department no future goal. No encouragement for performing employees. those who doesn't deserve there seniors can grow and get promotion on other teammates works. HR doesn't interfere no check if they are capable and deserve that promotion.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
