* Good office and work culture depends upon manager mostly. * Will get hand on skill development platform. * If you work effectively and efficiently your work will be appreciated.

Dislikes

* Poor pay scale and there's no excellent hikes. * Workflow is dependent on logins and production hours so dont even think about leaves. * Management's handlings in terms of any queries os kind of poor.

Mostly seniors of Genpact who do not like you if you are better then them and than they will spread rumour to destroy your Personality and they will not support you to get promotion also.

The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

Dislikes

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.

Night shift Drop time CAB is not coming to ABC Building, Annual Appraisal is very low percentage, not proper Screen Wire in each desk we are carry keyboard wire daily basis

Politics are playing on High level by upper levels if you are going right to talk for your self they get likely there are one measure thing which IJP means internal job posting if you apply for another process the timeline is 60 to move another project or process but manager avoid and delays 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
