Job security is so good then everybody love Genpact everybody say that "Genpact is govt job" it true

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

Durning my period there is indoor games, there is no rest room at genpact the food cost is very high & there is no fun activities or entertainment twice a year , main point , please povide 2way cab facilities for women safety. thank you Genpact.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. I give like to work culture in Genpact. There is no frustrated work in my team, if I compare with other team then yes is there in another team. Also I give like about Genpact RTO policy, there is hybrid mode but if we need do WFH for one month then there is no restriction. Also employee gain ourself knowledge and skills.

Yes, there is toxic work culture in different different scenarios but not every time. Also Genpact provided paid cab services, so this one is very disappointed to me. Cab services should be free in night shift time nor chargeable. Also there is no night shift allowance and not petrol allowance. I am doing hard work with quality but management didn't see it, so obuesly it impacts our promotion. And there is very low increment persentage....Read More

No Cabs and travelling expenses provided and working under clinets location makes it worse. Traveling 35km self daily with one week off that too changes every week.

Id say, it is a place one would love to work with, anytime once again. Worklife balance was still good and manageable as Corona was an unexpected time for everyone of us to get tied ul to the table WFH, the first taste of work from the home. Salary is good. Promotions are pretty much decent. Can't just thank enough and I'd love to working with Genpact once again, now. Looking for an opportunity.
