At first I liked the company because process trainers are good(but it's a honeypot trap) later when I moved into production things got worse.

Dislikes

Although I'm always meeting my targets production and quality both, but most of the employees are facing salary deductions on daily basis, there is a rule where users need to meet atleast 85% of their target to mark full day present( which we are able to do by extending 12 hours long shifts almost everyday and no extra mile or incentives at all because for that you need to meet your monthly 100% target which is impossible) salary deductions are very common here, management is extremely unprofessional, I personally never take any unplanned leaves, always meet my targets yet even if I have an infection my manager will not grant me a day off, rather blackmail me to put my salary on hold, trust me your efforts don't matter, your records don't matter, nothing matters, if you are reading this please leave this company because I am going to do the same, I am also going to run a campaign through my network to boycott this company unless they improve their management and make changes to policies which are leading to salary deductions and mental harrasment, Thank you God bless you!...Read More

Actually I wanted to do night shift and when I joined this company a vibe came from inside that I can achieve something here and i will become successfull here 1 years has passed postive still and waiting and trying my best for that vibes moment.
