Nothing for like, you alway fights to justify your work. They work on immediate basis once their client requirements done then they simply layoff you with silly excuses.

Upper management just chill and put their work on juniors. 3. 7 year old company they called them self startup- very poor growth 4. They ask you to join saying its a remote job and then will expect you to be in the office 3/4 days a week. Each one from the management tells a different story and they will keep it all very sleek by not keeping any of it on mail. They will never come on a central call and discuss things. Terrible management and absolutely no sense of work-life balance!
