At Gallager employees are getting threatened due to Covid 19. They are doing double shift to secure their jobs as company is giving warning on daily basis that 9 hours work will take your job, you have to work for double shift else leave the company. These people are not supporting their employees in any ways nor financially nor emotionally. Gallagher does not have work ethics, they are asking tenured employees to leave the job in this pandemic without any prior notice....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
