It is good to have the incentive, nothing else.

The job role of the credit department is very complex. Branch Credit Working as a manager is very difficult. Rules are changed every day and no power is given in the name of budgets.The business team is the king here. The BCM has to bear the brunt of the mistakes committed by the team.
