Good place to start career. Free food. Just the over hyped brand name!

Culture and work environment is bad. Notice period isn't fixed. After you dropped paper with them, they'll search for possibilities to throw you out within 2 weeks, if the work dependencies are completed from your end. People don't behave professionally. Says hybrid, but needs you in office all 5 days. You can't take emergency leaves when you are sick. You shouldn't look for kindness/compassion/empathy. You nag and get your roles and responsibilities very clear by yourself, else they just blame you for not completing tasks which they didn't assign. Poor communication. No structure, roadmap for the near future. They say market level pay. But pay you even less than the offer in your hand. HR promises many things and takes their word back, after getting you joined to the firm. I regret joining the company....Read More

No job security. They recently fired 660 employees- that's 13 per cent of the Total workforce even though the company made an annual profit higher than the previous year. Even though I was not affected, I feel embarassed that the higher management shows a lot of greed and being inconsiderate towards employees who work day and night to provide high values and top service to the clients.
