Nothing much! Being a teacher in this school is one hell of a task. There are no perks or benefits only fake and hollow promises made by management during your hiring.

Dislikes

No work-life balance! No, off on Saturdays and they give unnecessary work to do which is quite pointless and is just time wasting. Teachers have to work at home, and some of us have to work till 11 pm because school puts a deadline to submit the work. There is no work ethic or professionalism in this school.

I have been working from past 4 years and it is a wonderful place where I learn new things everyday. The Management members and School Head, all are very humble and polite. The entire faculty of FWS work as a team and trust me this is the best place to work.
