Didnt got support from managers & Management.Reduced our salary n also removed some Relationship manager from the company.Work culture is absolutely disgusting. Policies has been changed as per the management without information.

Company is open to adopt new ideas and has the appetite to take risk. Everyone is given a lot of Freedom to work and take decisions. Retention is the most important policy. People are also accepted back in the organisation provided they are not having any integrity issues. Love to work with the MD here as there is a lot to learn from him every single day.

Its not worth working with idiots of Fortpoint. Maximum tension, no compensation, more exploitation, most corrupt people working, all deaf ears. Unorganised and unprofessional.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
