Likes

The company has got an amazing work culture & it's one of the best in kolkata. Every month you will get on time salary , as an fresher it an nice place to start. The overall team members are also very good & supportive. As an designer point of view you will get fully creative freedom & try new things.

Dislikes

While it's challenging to pinpoint major drawbacks, a potential area for improvement lies in the salary structure. Occasionally, certain projects experience communication gaps, which could be addressed. Moreover, there's room for enhancing skill development opportunities within the company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
