Dislikes

Security humiliates you at many places. No work life balance, people are not well mannered and very un professional. Except for the salary no additional benefits you get such as good medical insurance for you and family. No proper food timings and breaks during shift hours.

Very bad place, it will be worst decision of your life to join Force Motors. Whole organisation is laggard and not at all employee friendly. No policies, no job security. Senior people have to leave same day without notice. People are threatened to terminate if they don't provide 3 months backdated and leave same day. Only slow people stick there, all good performers leave immediately.

Everything is bad at Force Motors, employees are not treated with respect. Employees are treated as insects.

Upper management & security members are old people All management decision are not good for every employee & very bad permanent security guard work culture. *Old staff are remove the company* for better working culture providing the force motors

No holidays Saturday is also working Only 6 official holiday No festival celebration only work work no appraisal Extensive travel no work life balance
