While other companies like Swiggy, if the employee who works after working hours they are paying for those extra hours, Flipkart won't even pay if we are working for Saturday Sunday. Swiggy pays 4k+ per day if you work on Saturday or Sunday.

You work life depends on your manager. If you are joining through third party payroll then don't expect any hike or promotion and be ready after 1year of you want to stay you will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Giving PAN india projects and ask to deliver with less timelines and don't care even in case of medical emergency, I was asked to attend meeting when my daughter was admitted, On Saturday we were having week off my Manager Ajit Nair, he called me on Saturday and said why didn't you attend meeting on Saturday and asked with whose permission you took week off

If you're on roll employee.. you will be the happiest one. Salary on time Office top notch Every free meals keep you motivated to go office And many other allowances

If you're 3rd party employee. Think 10000 time before joining.. few managers are so toxic.. they will not even think twice to fire you.. they will call you and force you to resign . They can't tolerate if you grow infront of them.. they will target you. Slient firing is only thing that happens in the back end
