Currently the work culture has become bad, previously it was very good. Some management change is not effective on ground. Taking feedback from ground is not very strong, thus the overall culture is getting spoiled.

Giving PAN india projects and ask to deliver with less timelines and don't care even in case of medical emergency, I was asked to attend meeting when my daughter was admitted, On Saturday we were having week off my Manager Ajit Nair, he called me on Saturday and said why didn't you attend meeting on Saturday and asked with whose permission you took week off

Process Optimization needs to be done on an active basis and Reworking should be eradicated at operational level. Need to reduce long working hours even beyond the schedule working time for Operations handled category for cross functional Facilities management!

While other companies like Swiggy, if the employee who works after working hours they are paying for those extra hours, Flipkart won't even pay if we are working for Saturday Sunday. Swiggy pays 4k+ per day if you work on Saturday or Sunday.
