Career growth & progression is very slow. Even if you work hard with give your efforts to this company no appreciation on it. This company is not good for experience people.

Indian Management is also not good. They don’t know the value of good and a senior resource.

Work life balance, no work pressure and the data management is world class. Never seen a organization with this kind of data management in RCM sector.

Dislikes

The new leadership is totally biased and they take decision within their circle. The growth options are too low and you can be promoted only when you have good contacts with the management or you are a good performer in all the fields. They prefer licking above the talent, their are multiple instances when decisions are taken by management only based on rumors. They even hired a user who directly report to Senior leadership as he always transfer all the information to the them and he even do not do any work and get paid for nothing. It used to be a very good organization however now it is not the same organization where i like to work and always ready to give more than 200% of mine self. I feel very sad to see the current condition of the organization. They are not ready for the change and always follow the same approach and even question you if you come with other ideas.
