Likes

To get the utmost respect of your colleagues and seniors is the most critical for me . At Finndit, my job is the assist my colleagues with anything they need . Still, they treat me well which is something I truly appreciate.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
