Nothing for employees, no opportunity to grow as all the top guys hold on to all the verticals instead of distributing the work to other managers for easy solutions. No Tat for any order, no stream line resolution, If anything goes wrong, they will easily blame the sub ordinates instead taking responsibility for resolving it.
