I like the culture and people.Its great for people in their mid of career.for freshers it's tough to be recognized since most of Management are Seniors.Challenging projects go to them mostly. but still I was able to grab some excellent features and learnt a lot from it which shared my career.Salary and benefits are good.
The tech stack is not on par with cutting edge tech we see these days.In financial industry,it's definitely a drawback since they don't try to adapt to new tech or tools easily.takes time.

Although FIS is good company. There are so many flaws.Managers and product manager will say to work even though you don't like to work with other teams. Even though you worked very hard for day and night.They don't recognise you.apart from that they even don't given promotions and what they had previously promised..you can't sit idle just for one without work..next day they will come and ask why you are not working you have to be proactive and ask the work. There is no work life balance. People who works in this company are mostly works from 10,20 years..so if you say causes of why work got delayed.they don't listen.They simply say you are not working..
