Dislikes

Almost everything, probably the worst company you can work for. Management is screwed up, no HR helps you when you need them, Job Security is the biggest lie, you always have sword hanging on your neck.

For freshers this is not a good place to work. GET program is a full scam, at the time of recruitment they let you sign a bond of 2 years and in case the GET wants to resign due to below mentioned reasons they have to pay a specific amount as per the bond in order to leave the company. 1. Zero work life balance. 2. The managers/HOD/VP wants the employee to work 24*7 . 3. The Car and PWT plant employees has to work continuously for 9 days and 7 days respectively and then they get a day off. 4. Working hours - 10-14 hours( gets extended everytime and even has to work after office hours) + 3 hours bus drive to office ( in case you live in the nearest good place i.e Wagholi) 5. Hardly the salary gets increased. 6. Manual work, no automation. 7. Zero skill development and learning (they will provide you free LinkedIn learning courses but after getting a day off in 9 days with 14hours of work and 3 hour drive no time to study or develop any skill)....Read More
