Its like any other MNC operating in India. The job ensures work life balance is maintained but at the same time the progress rate is slowed down

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company cultures allows the management to distinguish between IIT/IIM graduates and non IIT/IIM graduates. The career progression is very slow and the on job learning is heavily dependent on the project assigned which is done at random.

Work Details

I work with the finance decision team of a major credit card company. I help the client understand their product pricing by analyzing their customer performance data using python, SQL and SAS

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
