It was a good company few years back but the culture is slowly getting like a typical service based company.

The organization culture is slowly seeing a decline. Earlier they used to have multiple rounds of interviews, coding tests or practical tests to judge the candidate. However, they are now taking all sorts of candidates without much scrutiny, this could be to minimize costs as good candidates demand better compensation. Excellent culture. I worked on 2 different projects. In both the teams I met very kind and very supportive people. Managers and higher managers were totally understanding. And overall company is very nice. But , for my job role I couldn't explore much. And recession hampered my bad but will recommend the company if some wants to be in calm and nice environment.

Nothing much. Pace of work is very slow. Not much updated technology stack for a techy person. But still overall company is very good.
