They provide hybrid mode but whenever you need work from home even for medical emergency they ask so much evidence and validate from their doctor team. And make it so much complex so that you stop asking for.

Dislikes

Company asks for 11 hours of works on official note in busy season without paying any extra compensation and benefits. That 11 hours of works takes 14 -15 hrs.Apart from busy season you have to work 11 hrs No travel allowance No food allowance,also high charges in cafeteria

Everyone who is reading this review please rate this company as one star on the whole platform so that day and companies like them have to change their work cultures totally an order to be employee centric and not it to be business centric. The government and labour ministry is just a puppet of these corporates. They are never goingto change the loss MB benefit of the employees. Here is no scheduled working hours in the labour laws and overwork King hours are not also paid. Very pleasant place Ample opportunities to learn (there are free courses provided from various platforms) Most of the seniors are supportive. It's a brand that will increase your resume's weight. Good Pay Sometimes you get days off between engagements. No - Less work in those days.

Work Life Balance? Who ? ( P.S: You have to make your own time, seniors also understand SOMETIMES). Coffee. If you are new to a team, sometimes the old teammates can be egoistic at first.

EY uses PIP as a tool to fire people. If you are on bench, they will not give you any hike(0%), no bonus, and then put you on PIP when you complain. Once on PIP they will slowly start pressurizing you to resign on your own. This is how EY gets rid of its employees without making it look like they are "laying off"

Worst company from technology perspective Firstly they do not have sufficent leaves and over that if u take extra leave they deduct more than half of your salary. If on bench you have to do marketing tasks and if on project you are forced to take external interviews else you ll be warned many times by your manager
