Only one good thing about episource is the flexible work shift that can be altered as per our convinience

i would not say no if i should again work in this company, however there is a lot of things that needed improvement. it is not an employee centered unlike other coding companies. targets are attainable however the quality parameters are too high to achieve and when we are trying really hard to meet everything and are in the verge of hoping for incentives the last 2-3 working days are mainly taken aback by doing qc and they say 1 error = 2/sometimes3 errors and reduces our quality drastically and we get nothing but a meeting with our tl to improve our performance despite of our hardwork which is really dissappointing....Read More
