Work life balance sucks.You cant even breathe. All the Managers are toxic.I have seen Politics but what ever going on here is James Cameroon shit dramas. Really I have made a worst decision in my life to join this company. Its even hard to get out of this shit, its like am trapped.You cant even shout for help as all of them are in to subject you so bad with their bloddy lies.

Open culture. Most of the management is approachable and listens to the concerns and opinions of the employees. The company benefits are also good and they provide good health insurance for the whole family compared to other companies of the same size and leave policy is designed in such a way to encourage leaves to be taken by employees every year.
