No support, they left me off due to corona even most of the employees have lost their job. They don't have work.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Many of people they have already lost their job. No good salary(12500 per month) and no appraisal. They work in old technology. No work from home facilities.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
