the company is good to work with other companies and provide proper guidance about work.my team is working for NHIA to construct roads and it provide proper guidance as per standard. i feel lucky to work with creation engineer as i got sufficient knowlege about road/highway construction.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
