I have worked with empower solutions for around 3 years and was given a chance to work on latest and new technologies on very large projects with big clients. I worked on .Net Core, Angular, React, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and I got to work with many international clients. The management and leaders have been very friendly, supportive and motivating for me and inspired me to push beyond my technical limitations. It has been an empowering experience for me. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
