They're simply bluffing with their appearance and ambience saying they have open office but they practice very unhealthy work culture. There's discrimination on so many levels and explicit inequality. They don't have any HR Policies neither follows any of them. They'll extract ideas from you and give credit to someone else very openly.

The work culture is very toxic, where you will always be unsure about your job security and also you will always be pushed for working extra hours and going that extra mile to acheive things and the saddest part is that no additional compensation is provided for the same.

It has been a log time since i have been working here. Ever since i joined this company, i got what i wanted . i ever got the opportunity to travel to different places on behalf of the company. I am also progressing. I am still working here. i am very happy in this company and will continue to say here in the future as well.

To be frank Salary is the only benefit.

This is a good company(in terms of salary benefits)with the worst environment. There is no proper allignment and the atmosphere is not meant for all. Properly relieved from the company after serving 2 months, got the F&F settlement around 75 days delayed, HR Operation team is very lethargic, didnt approve my PF till now(around 3 months). Its great company to work. Having a very supportive management. There are lot of area to learn. By my management support i have come into star performer for continuous months. Its a place where recognition will be sure. This company is very different from the other company i work is that the identification of hard work and talent is fast.
