I had the opportunity to be part of major projects at the organisation at a very young age. This exposure is only possible if you are working with a dynamic organisation like Egis

Dislikes

It would have been better if Egis gives opportunities to employees to be able to move to intensive locations by being part of the bigger organisation itself

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
