Since the time I joined Edubridge, it has been a good journey to learn. I have been awarded best employee twice and now also upgraded to manager centre. The management encourages us to participate in fun activities conducted every month in the office . I was the winner in one of the games played last week. Glad to work here and looking forward to more growth.

Sometimes the work pressure is high and have to work on weekends too.

There's nope proper work culture , salaries are still pending from February ,worst finance department to clam our travel expenses need to follow up several months.. Worst ethics money minded nope proper placements for the candidate's who join edubridge.

Sometime management becomes partial when it comes to business, and also no additional benefits r there if we achieve , incentives are there but selection scale is too large to get those benefits, due to this team is getting demotivated like doing so much but not getting anything
