I had a good team so I somehow managed to work there because of my team and branch manager.

They recruited us by saying it's not sales, no field jobs will be offered here but it was completely sales and complete field job. Very bad recruitment team they have, they soil students career due to this false job recruitment drives. I will blame this all to Edelweiss HR team and Techno sever campus drive Team.

I have very good experience with edelweiss in fact I love to work again with edelweiss specially my HR Simran she is very sweet and polite and helpful.

Lot of pressure for daily brokers meeting compulsory 2-3 meetings in a day. And daily review on target how much archive, run daily DRR.

Yes , but now i was relieved from Edelweiss because our Asm tell as give releving letter on july 15 , order from mumbai . Many staff suffering without job , so that now i dont like to work in Edelweiss. Many of the staff having family , he /she dont now what to do . So pls try to stop the moment you all doing
