Job security: No problem as hardly one has been terminated. Work culture: You will have to learn adjusting performers and non performers. both will be treated equally. Management: It is owner driven company and owners hardly interact with low or middle level employee. Top level in turn thinks themselves as owner and put themselves in first while reaping profit and ignore their junior. This organization is good and the owners are no doubt are very good. The only problem that the hierarchy level only demotivates you every day as you will not find to hear your plea.
