The owner of Dynamic Technologies has given free hand for innovation work, also the working atmosphere was very friendly and no politics to interfere the work. Provided on the job training and external training as and when required.

Dislikes

I was very happy to work with Dynamic Technologies (DT) and I have no reason for dislike about working at DT.

Work Details

I was working as a Project Manager and the major part of work was done with Holcim and Lafarge cement in brown fields and it was very challenging in terms of safety at work and delivering the work within the time frame.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
