It's a good service based company, job security is good if you have good skill to learn and develop yourself. Work culture is also good. Management is very cooperative but coming to pay/ compensation/ befits they need a very huge improvement. Always looking out for their profits not for the employee who's is eligible for it. With the competition outside they also need to understand what we are paying for the employee to the satisfaction. As of my personal experience people here quit only on the basis of salary not anything as such with work-life balance or working environment. Need a slight improvement from company policy regarding the pay structure. People working or experienced professionals with in account more than 3 years should be given a satisfactory rather then hiring external ones with huge margin. It's my personal opinion 🤞...Read More

Regarding the pay structure they need a huge improvement based on the competition outside. Everytime a year-end comes for a salary hike you need to wait till June, July or August where as competitors are well ahead giving it from March. Always I try to understand but feel DXC is very poor in it. They need to plan and be prepared for it's employees satisfaction.
