I most likely here is heigene maintenance of plant and quality of raw milk . There is no man power shortage so no work load on any employee. All employees are supportive and polite and management is also transparent. The working environment is very good. There is a huge canteen and quality of food is very good so all employees even management also lunch here. Company policy and salary is good.

Dislikes

They do not give job to outside of Gujarat. Only prefer gujrati employees.

The company is really good for fresher's and experienced person too who are ready to work in shift and enhance knowledge and to use skill without pressure.

As a employee i have 6+ work experience but here growth is quite slow than compare to other union of gujarat.

As on my behalf, Dudhsagar Dairy is a very good organization for skill development. The seniors help in duty hours to run production smoothly. There are so many areas of skill enhancement here.

The growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. There is no job training for fresher's. Mangers do not value an individuals' unique strength, which is why, I have to take back my suggestions mostly.
