Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In dry dock there is one department is dmc this is the worst department to much polictics to harassment because the fire department is under safety and safety ships the worst guy I have ever seen because he have less experience in fire department and thats why he does to much unwanted job from fireman
