The organisation give very good on job training to all its employees to execute our duties. The organisation's aim and objectives are ambitious and must needed one for country like India.

Dislikes

This organisation vision and mission is absolutely great but lacking expertise in executing. You will end up in a system where every one doesn't know how to address the issues and what is next.. This organization don't have enough resources to support over ambitious program and in return you will loose your job any time. Don't leaveyour current job and join them in haste. You will not get job security and supporting hands to solve the problems. The management don't walk the talk. This organization has confuse ideology. The complete structure stand in between business and social work that impacts badly on bottom line. They give you a ready made process and will tell you just to implement it without deviations but will fire you for doing your job as per process. They get best people but loose the best people soon. If you are good at doing business with lies and under carpet mindset join them. It is the best place for them....Read More

Dr Reddy's Foundation has been one of the best organization I have worked for. Highly supporting managers. The company has always helped it's employees to keep learning new methodologies which makes the working more exciting. There is always a scope for learning something new. The company has always promoted employees to grow. To add on during Covid when so many organisations were downsizing Dr Reddy's made sure that each employee was paid on time and supported so many employees and ensured each employees safety as well. I will highly recommend this organisation as it's excellent to work with and if I get a chance personally would love to re-join this organisation again....Read More

Dislikes

The only area that they can ammend is on medical insurance provided to employees. The amount is pretty less specially looking at the current scenario and the way medical facilities are becoming expensive.

Work Details

The work life is pretty balanced. At times it gets strenuous when the work pressure increases. But it's manageable. And if you have a good team working under you, working becomes fun and smooth.
