Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management of transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
