Accessibility to leadership in units

Dislikes

The culture in HR is very bad, you will not be appreciated for your work forget about promotion. The current HR team only acknowledges those who butter. There are nil chances of growth or learning, they believe in hiring from outside with exorbitant hikes instead of developing and giving chance to internal resources.

Compensation is good and work life balance is there

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. No ownership and accountability is given to employees. For everything you will have to check with your leaders first and things move very slow. People work in silos and and not very helpful

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
