I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Pay & perks are decent. Company is lavish & extravagant in hosting town halls & dinner parties for employees. More often than not travel between Mohali & Noida is meaningless

Politics in the organisation stinks. This is fueled by the Executive Director Rohit Ahuja himself. Sycophancy is at the core of the organisational culture. No work life balance, Top management is terrible and all department head are puppet of Executive Director specially HR head is slave of ED. All decision taken by him even for hiring of Office boy. ED is terrible/worst/egoistic/angry perosn and decision making is very weak and company is going to close beacuse of bad decision by himand his puppet. He has no soft corner for any employee/company and making money for himself and his puppet by making fool owner of the company. It nutshell company is driven by ED only and all department is for name only and they have no power for anything. Company gives false comittment of salary and perks which not fullfilled at the time of releiving of employee. Even company does not pay grauity, leave encashment and any other benefits.
