Bad management by HR. They are very company centric. Extremely low retention rate and they revised salaries lower multiple times by hiring and firing

It has been a pure delight working at Digi. Easy and positive interaction within team members. Exposure to learn something new each day. Managers are good. Overall the work culture and job security has been excellent.

Worst work culture and management. They are open to play with your emotions, hard work and trust, time to time they betray you using the dirty politics. Its is not just a waste of time but waste of energy. above all, best luck!

They don't care about their time lines, your priorities and family and even about you. They just shout at you all the times and help to realize you that you are a slave and nothing else.

Dislikes

Presence of morons and stupids are in the organisation. CEO is partial towards the employees he has worked earlier. None of the senior management knows anything. It's like a family running business.
