Dislikes

Wonderful reviews, but none from Bangalore Denso Kirloskar. Does anyone even know what's happening in the Bangalore office? Its a horrible place and has the most toxic culture. In fact it'll top the list if there's something called "Toxicity Index". DIIN legal office - do you know that there's a branch in Blore that needs a warning because of excessive usage of foul language by the department heads & treating their team members with utmost disrespect. To make it simple, its nothing but a political circle filled with jokers. Groupism & putting people down is the highest priority for managers. HR is a dummy piece! Ha. People are being targeted and forcefully made to leave the organization. Its time for the top management from Japan & Haryana to wake up & intervene to straighten up things. People have nobody to approach and express their concerns. Sooner someone looks into it, its better!...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
