I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Deehrsolutions shares a very strong reputation in manpower and business consulting which makes us feel proud in the City . Almost all major companies in Kota are our clients . In these Covid Times not even a single employee was asked to leave the organization despite poor conditions in the Industry . All employees were provided laptop during Covid Times by company so that only those who were badly required were coming to office .
