My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from every colleague who keeps motivating and appreciating for all my efforts. Which makes us to achieve our goals. The best part of this company is that it gives us an exposure like nobody else. Work life balance is great and the benefit package is better than normal. Deep inside I love my work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Worst Company, Don't Join 1. Pathetic HR's & HR policy 2. Worst Management ever 3. Never got incentive timey(for Onboards incentive you have to wait for year change, this year incentive you will get next year) 4. No job security, any time management and HR will throw you out without prior notice. Also they will keep your 1 month salary + retention amount + notice period salary also "Fraud Company". They do scam in the name of retention amount while joining the company they will deduct your 3 weeks salary. That retention amount also you will not get. HR Dialogues- Before removing you from company HR and TL will call you in skype that "We are not going to terminate you so It's better you do resign, send me resignation letter by EOD. After that if you asked any questions to HR then her reply "you should be happy that we are not going to terminate you." This is the way she threat you. She only say that you will get your FNF settlement after 45 days but that amount and letter also you will not get. After 45days days you have to keep follow-up with HR and Management but they will never response you in mail or chats or calls. They will mentally harass you. 5. Some Team Lead without your knowledge start to recording your call. You will notice late, because in the middle of conversation she started to record your personal or professional discussion. 6. Micro management by team leads. She always give you stress and rudely talk. 7. Too much politics in this company, never suggest you to join here.
