I thoroughly enjoyed working with curefit, and i really wanted to have a long association with it as the culture was great and a lot of learning was there. But unfortunately i got laid off on 30th of March even before we realized the effects of Covid 19 as that time nobody knew that it will be this massive, so that was very unfortunate.

Have been laid off on 30 th March just in the beginning of the lockdown.so dont want to talk about it. But i really had a great experience before that.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
