You Can learn many technical skills

Dislikes

The worst part is though its a big company but the company doesnt have any culture of speaking english inside office, 90% of the employee is local, so they speak in their regional language and if you are a outsider or a north indian then you have a bad luck, people will be back of you till you leave company, and by chance if your salary is high compare to your your team members and you are a north indian then you are gone. Mine luck was even bad, my salary was almost to my manager, and he was always back of me to find my fault always, and it was so bad that my team member use to alert me every time that to be alert, as he is finding reason for you. Very bad work culture. No Process in the company. HRs are least bothered about the on going issues.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
