Poor Working Conditions: - Congested workspace akin to a BPO. - Excessive use of devices poses health risks. - Lack of recognition and communication from top management. 3. Restrictive Leave Policies: - No encashment policy for privilege leave. - Leave planning dictated by company, not employee needs. 4. Toxic HR Dynamics: - HR focused on termination rather than employee relations. - Lack of trust and open communication with HR. 5. Degradation of Dignity: - Submissive work culture lacking self-respect. - They need permission from US even for menial tasks like operating coffee machines. - Didn't even install a Virus attenuation device during Covid, as usual US management didn't approve, we risked our lives. 6.
